As the 2026 season begins to wind down, our young Aggies enjoyed another memorable week of football, with championship action, a brilliant season-ending victory and a fantastic Go Games finale.

Our U14 boys played out an absolute thriller against St Paul’s in the Championship on Saturday. The lads battled right to the final whistle and did the club proud in a brilliant contest.

Their improvement throughout the year has been phenomenal. This is a great group of young players with plenty more to come as they now build towards 2027 together. Maith sibh, lads!

U12 Boys Finish the Season in Style

Our U12 boys completed their season with a superb victory over St Teresa’s. It was an excellent team performance, full of hard work, teamwork and quality score-taking.

Man of the Match Daniel McCormick helped spark the team into life during the second half, scoring brilliantly and finishing an outstanding team move for the lads’ third goal.

A special mention also goes to every player and coach who contributed throughout the season. Well done, lads!

Our U8 boys finished their Go Games season at Lisburn with excellent wins over St Brigid’s and St Pat’s.

The boys were outstanding, displaying great skill, teamwork and enthusiasm. Well done to the entire group on a fantastic year—the future is bright, and the future is black and white! 🖤🤍

Our U10s played Colin Gaels at Woodlands on Saturday and produced a fantastic game of football in beautiful weather.

Well done to all the lads for a brilliant performance!

Training and Club Activity

U14 boys’ and girls’ training continued during the week, while juvenile training carried on at Woodlands. Thank you to every coach, parent and volunteer who continued to give their time as the playing season drew towards its conclusion.

Season Winding Down

The season is beginning to wind down, but confirmed activities include U14 girls’ training on Tuesday and Thursday, juvenile training on Friday, and the Colin Gaels Paul Cole Memorial Tournament for our U6 and U10 boys on Sunday at Brook Activity Centre.
